INFORMATION ON THE STUDENTS' EXAMINATION DOCKETS_ LASU.

The Directorate of the ICT wishes to enjoin  all Stakeholders in the LASU Full-Time undergraduate Rain (2nd) semester examinations  to take notice of the new security features on the students' Examination Docket.

The docket has been embedded with security features encrypted in Bar Codes. 

 These features are readable with original barcode readers only. 

This is to forestall the use of fake Dockets as reported in the past.

The DICT enjoins invigilators and HoDs to validate suspicious Docket by reading the Barcodes at the top right and bottom right of the docket.

At each reading, further details related to the concerned  student, including a mapping ID will be revealed.

This is to ensure that students who have not paid school fees and register for courses are not allowed intomthe examination halls.

The examination monitoring team as well as  the quality assurance   team will  also be on ground  during each examinations to confirm the authenticity of the students' examination dockets as only students with original docket (duly laminated) are eligible for entrance into any examination halls. 

Please note that students with the examination dockets as not eligible for examinations.
