I love when my heart beats

like a thousand drums' beat,

far and wide no distance meet

coming from a sound of blissful sweet.

This can't be if it is not special

or made by the feeling of someone special,

or from thinking of a woman so special;

like a trophy for being most social.

The lots of joy that ensue

can't be paid for by any due.

It is juicy river flowing creamy blue,

from a hilltop of love to stay true.

When I met a heart of gold,

my heart became bold.

Everyday I feel privilege to see and hold,

that which keeps my heart warm in cold.

There is that someone special,

who can spin the world around me.

Keeping my heart in security

from the whirlwind of superficial taste.
