   Well, it is cool to covet the honor and privileges that good leaders enjoy. But while you do so, make sure you're ready to embrace the sacrifices that come with it - for when the going becomes rough and tough, only your determination to project excellence will keep you going. 

   Don't join them to sing "Abraham blessings are mine" if you're not ready to embrace Abraham's apt obedience and absolute trust in God. Don't just claim the blessings, embrace the sacrifices as well.
