His care and kindness ever firm

as the sunlight imprisons darkness.

High in mind, humble in attitude,

a father so kind and swift in aptitude.

Oh ye scholar of The Department of African Languages, Literatures and Communication Arts!

The physician of Western cultural values,

your majesty sates intelligence till the depths of Education,

and the skies are nodding heads.
