At times I need peace

To recollect my pieces

En place them in their rightful places

As I find my solace

Since I don't want to be a disgrace!

At times I don't need to be scolded 

It makes feel like I'm being belittled

The coldness in me is evoked

Without second thoughts

I'll walk out on you!

At times I don't need to be caressed

It irritates my being

Neither do I need to be kissed

'Cause the kiss feels peppered

In short en not trousers, I need no romance!

At times all I need is a warm embrace

A tight hug that can make me yearn to catch my breath

As I get lost in your arms

En not in thoughts

While I get assured all is gonna be alright.
