DIDACTIC: "IT'S SILENCE" BY MYLES

When mine is silent
Smokin' weed it hasn't
Yet it's on meditation
En not under medication
Since it's not ill.

When it's silent
It doesn't mean it's out of ink
Since it's tubed to my heart
Proof of steady flow of ink
Yet it has no overflow.

At times its good to keep shut
Become still waters
Flow silent due to your depth
While you be an observer
En not a questioner.

Learn from others
Stick to ways even if you're a follower
Be a sheep not
So as not to go astray
But above all maintain the low profile.

MYLES THE MASTERPIECE
(Tales of the Spitting Pen 🖋 🖋)

The poet persona speaks about the emergence of silence in the field of writing. A writer's pause in writing for sometime does not mean he or she is out of ideas; but rather means he or she is trying to learn and grasp other scopes of writing which the world shall be amazed at. Such silence in writing is maturity, observance and impregnation of ideas.
