BE TEACHABLE- BY BRIGHT HABEEB

Being teachable does not mean that you take everything that was taught to you. Here you should carry yourself with great level of affability where the people close to you are the freest with you. Be down to earth; let your people feel secure while they speak and relate with you. Most importantly, let them help you with their corrections. 

You can't always be right, so listen always. And inversely also, they cannot always be correct, so act selectively to what you hear. Swallow your pride for the sake of the little teachings they may use to deliver you from big trouble.
