Their work symbolises worship in the temples of thoughts.
Legendary footballer Pele was a far cry ,
Regarded as one of the greatest footballer of all times.
He astonished the world with his three FIFA World cups ,
And was voted as the world player of the century by his consistent hardwork.
So remarkable was his charisma ,
That in 1363 games he scored 1279 goals in a prisma.
The record goals were registered in Guinness Book of World Records ,
The fighting spirit enhanced from Santos at the age of fifteen in cheers.
With electrifying games and penchant for spectacular goals ,
He was adorned and credited with 643 goals in 659 games as a top scorer.
Such unimaginable spirit lauded him to be the honorary President ,
Of New York Cosmos that was propelled.
Predominantly as a striker he acclaimed power ,
In Brazil he was hailed as a national hero like a tower.
As a source of inspiration in 1958 world cup ,
He became a black global sporting star in an inspiration.
His record breaking achievements speak volumes of his determination and quality ,
Nicknamed as REI ( The King ) to coronation and credulity.
In admirance and pride we all cheer the legend in a farewell ,
As his funeral generates a world wide mourning in an emotional bethel.
Long live his devotion and contribution to football ,
