5TH EDITION OF VOICE OF THE MIMBARR: SUMMARY OF 4WEEK ll KHUTBAH WITH PRISTIN COMMANDMENTS OF ALLAH- BY DR. RAZAQ BOLAWAYE

In the last few weeks, the arrow of Khutbah in this forum tilted towards Islamic mode of writing will and Conditions for Endowment. With the contention that provisions for will and endowment materially benefit the living, our submission place a duty of adjustment on the Will Executors basically for the properties do not only to benefit the living but also create a level playing ground for all contender parties involved.

It must be added before long that part of the adjustment mentioned include possible re-defining the said properties for comparative advantage of the beneficiaries that could better-still accommodate the wish of the Testator. Example of such is structural quantifying such property for liquidity of cash in case the location appears attractive and choosy. This situation is, however, subject to the consent of all parties involved.

This edition would relate the highlights of the four episodes to pristine commandments of Allah as contained in Q4:36-38 similar to Q17:23-38 and other portions of the glorious Qur'an.

It begins with direct order to attest to the unity of Allah in worship; and by associating no partner to Him; goodness towards parents; relatives; orphans; poor; nearby neighbours; distant neighbours; friends in the neighborhood; way farers; and those under our control; surely Allah loves not those who are pompous. Those who are miserly and do encourage others to be miserly, those who conceal to themselves the favour bestowed on them, for them are fierce punishments. Others who incur Allah's displeasure include those who spend their wealth only to be praised and have deem faith in Allah and the Last Day; for that, they are worse  accomplice of Shaytan.

The indication of these commandments shows that "If wealth were to be accumulated by might or power, bravious men would have been most accomplished."

Secondly, impact is only reckoned with when the bearer is alive and that it beholve individuals to make meaningful impacts in good time. 'Making hays when sun shines' is better.

Thirdly, it is not how far in life but how well.

Fourthly, endowment is better described in worthy knowledge from where others tap resources. Such resources are like publications, imparting skills, loaning unto people experience of life, using connection to emplace and employ others, and

Fifthly, minding the manner of accumulation of wealth. It appears realistic that if the owner is mindful of ways of getting wealth and it is obtained with fair-mind, the manner of spending by him or his inheritors will attract benefit.

We pray that Allah ease our ways to better accomplishments in this direction.

Ma'as salaamah.
