JEREMIAD: "SHIFT THE BLAME ON ME" BY TREMENDOUS
Every time I try to ride with caution
Every moment I try to take precautions
All I get it tormenting critics
I humble for little like mummble
Take it, shift it, throw it and however shift it on me
Shift the blame on me
In silence I never take action
When am not there it seems like there is a peaceful flow
When I pop my head up confusion, controversy, fear and judgements bloom
Like my availability is not a necessity
On your own you can't do it
But with me you have a starting point
But:
If I awaits for your plaudits
My soul becomes drained and detained
If everything in this world belongs to you
I would never know peace
If you hold the keys to heaven you would have turned down my entrance without hesitation
Shift the blame on me
In some time shifting is much appreciated
Throwing or casting is not bitter
I try to comfort and reduce controversy
I deem to redeem,
Your words are like two edged sword
Piercing on both ends
Destroying my hope like dope
I wish you care for my being
Every struggle I endure when I write
A million souls I save
A million tears I shade
At the end shift it on me.
