Today, I noticed the exact same thing!

Well, I saw people on their phones immediately after the Tasleem!
The very moment they finished the Tasleem, they took their phones!
I'm very sure it's either they opened this green app or other apps on their phones.
When Allah is waiting to be asked, they're busy with their phones!
For some people, it's already a reflex.
Do Tasleem, take your phone, put on your data and repeat.
We need to put a stop to this act and embrace a better one.
After Solah, just mention my name to Allah if you have nothing to ask.
May Allah rectify your affairs and may HE guide you to the right path.
