VICTORY ODE: "VICTORY AT LAST" BY MAGEADONIS
Birthed without a silver spoon in the mouth,
but destiny prophecized I'll dine with the kings
Grew up on the street where happiness was free but success comes with a painstaking price
The price of freedom is a success factor
The struggles became rather overbearing but heavenly puppeteering remains my bearing
I perspire daily aspiring for the best of the best
cos I know the sky is just a memory juggler for where we started from
I've been knocked down countlessly but I pick myself up ceaselessly, ruthlessly dispelling every setback with the power of my dream
I smelled success but I was waning
I fell on my knees, paying homage to the source of everything
I spoke in dialect that only the divine spirit could understand, so that I could alleviate the pain I'm feeling in this dark threshold
The Almighty reminded me that the light at the end of the tunnel, remains brighter than the sunrise
He gave me the strength to persevere through the severity of my travails
I screamed when I was losing it, but my focus remains unchanged
Finally I made it, the heavens rejoiced with me for my doggedness
The success I perceived is now in my grasp for eternity all glory to the Father
The freedom I dreamed of is now in its human form
making me gape with excitement emanating from the sit of the transcendent Being
I now dine with the kings using cutleries made with precious stones
I became an advocate for the poor who are on the street so that their stories can also become histories
I can now say with bravery “Victory at Last "
