Celebrating the comfort of loneliness
Celebrating longing without succumbing to urges for lunging
The gift of being alive
Celebrating our thirst for
What we are deprived of,
Celebrating the wisdom to move past the past
Where yours have landed, mine is planning to depart
Celebrating silence,
Buried heads and determined souls
A renewal of licence
You can continue your roam, till you find a new home
Celebrating trust and blindness
Having faith in the lotteries
That will bring luxuries
Along paths where we got singed
Still trudging on,
Till we found wings,
To fly and mingle with the winds
Celebrating hope
Going after what you deserve
Coming unstuck
To continue the search for the elusive preserves

Of escapes by the whiskers
