JEREMIAD: "BEHIND MY SMILES" BY MYLISTIC MASTER PEN
My smile, wider it isn't,
So real it's, yet it's all faked,
KEBS is needed not, standardized it isn't,
Scan it not, it's authenticity won't show.
Behind this glow, a pearl lies not,
It's melanin skin, sun kissed to glow,
Lavished in oil, reflective though a mirror it's not,
Let your jaw drop not, astonished you'll get.
Behind my smile, lies a sad face,
A face that knows no happiness, neither it has no teeth to show,
Since whitened they're not, discolored is the right term,
Mind not my frowning, understanding it you won't!
Darkness havours all over me, while light dims,
I'd love to laugh with my heart, yet broken it's,
I know my rudeness scares you, my innocence was robbed from me,
Behind my smile, yes the smile lies a terrifying horror!

The poet persona says he has many worries that makes him nurture intrinsic sadness, yet everyone he laughs to, thinks he is really happy.
