JEREMIAD: "THANK YOU" BY MYLISTIC

I gave you the world,
Brought the moon at your feet,
As the sun smiled at you,
Reducing it's heat for you to glow
As the stars glittered on your face.

I gave you happiness,
Since your joker I was,
Ooh! Your horse I was,
Riding me you enjoyed,
Not minding if my shoes broke.

I crowned you as my queen,
You servant I was,
Always at your feet,
Answering to each beckon,
Satisfying each tantrum.

Now that you've had enough of me,
Gutters you feel should be my reward,
Since I've turned to be filth to you,
Stinking like a he goat,
Causing irritation at your end.

It's fine, it's okay,
I wish you well en prosperity,
Broken, oppressed en depressed I'm,
I'm sure my fleas will mourn me,
Thank you en so long is all I can say!

The poet persona laments to a woman who has hurt him, even after he did all his best to secure her affection. Still, he wishes her the best as she abandons him.
