ODE: "PHOTOGRAPHY, MY FRIEND" BY AJAKAYE STRIDA

And if I tell you the stars that Photography draws upon humans,

ceaselessly donating its fertile and informative spots

on the walls of all that exist.

You shall count me sincerest enough

to garnish the demands of tomorrow via Photography.

How amazingly your memories are captured

beyond time threats as though experiences are immortal.

Enhancing the attractiveness of serviceable skills,

and spreading out the smiling lips of products.

If I tell you the millons of soul connected

under the flexible canopy of pictures,

ye will yell the adoration of Photography.

I am the dearest companion of the media,

in my heart exists the story of lives,

I am the resurrection of loved and unloved histories,

steadfastly receive me as your profession.

The flourishing stream of Photography moves on

as though the wind talks.
