POSTURE OF A STABLE MAN- BY CLEMENT ERNESTERICK

A man has a personal responsibility to be emotionally stable, which means he is not easily triggered, reactive or impulsive. First to himself, second to those he leads including his family.

He must cultivate and foster stability in his environment, he cannot just blabber anything he feels or be quick to admit defeat or Vulnerability, he must measure his words and their impact, such is the burden of a leader.Men should lead and not hesitate to show an example, set rules and be firm and provide authority.

A man must be a man, overly focusing on what's trending, reacting and giving opinion to every new trend shows instability on the inside. A man must have a level of secrecy, a code, and most importantly mystery, not all his thoughts need to be exposed.
