DIALOGUE: "SHADES OF LOVE" BY PRAISE AND AJAKAYE STRIDA

One shades pink,

it arrives when hearts just meet,

clamouring each other 

like born on same day,

it appears as a gift upon partners,

they lavish all emotional and material possessions

upon themselves in the madness of this shade.

One shades green,

they begin to taste as bitterleaves,

and we wonder what worries

the feelings of Akanbi and Akanke,

discovering certain attitudes that amaze

the soul like water in hot oil,

yet managing these differences.

One shades white,

other colours come crawling pigments,

yet it refuses to change,

nurtured by trust,

seasoned by forgiveness,

naked as sincerity,

this shade is hard but enjoyable.

Everything keep falling in front of you like

 leaves of autumn tree

As joy and smiles paint our shades of love.

Rejoice in the name of love I say...

Like Romeo and Juliet love shades no red

on both hearts

Love lives in our minds where thoughts reside,

In our hearts where emotions conquer , and finally in our souls  where dreams are born...

One day romance will caress Romeo ,

For Juliet will be his to keep.
