LETTER OF APPRECIATION FROM LASU'S VC

I, on behalf of the University Management, congratulate the entire Lagos State University Community on the successful completion of the 26th Convocation and 40th Anniversary Ceremonies of our great University which held between 14th and 22nd June 2023 .

I also appreciate our diligent and competent  members of staff and world-class students for your support towards the success of the 2  in 1 Ceremonies.

I am especially grateful to each and everyone who served in one capacity or the other or carried out one assignment or the other to ensure that the ceremonies became the great success that it was. From members of the Ceremonies Committee to Centres such as the CIPR, UMC, Works, our Health and Security personnel, transportation and traffic officers, drivers, cleaners and messengers, you all played your roles commendably while working under pressure to ensure that we deliver an unforgettable programme. 

I also cannot but mention Associations such as Staff and Students Unions, the IBILE Forum, the Alumni Association, our religious Bodies, the MOWLAS and MOMLAS, and all other groups who added colour to the events. 

I pray that the love that exist within this great family called LASU will never diminish and the university shall continue to make progress all round. Amen
