WHAT I AM- BY EVELZ STORY

I am nothing special, of this I am certain. A plebeian existence has been mine, marked by quotidian thoughts and a life bereft of remarkable achievements. No grand monuments bear my name, and the passage of time will soon efface my identity from the annals of history. Yet, I take solace in the fact that I have loved another with every fiber of my being, with a depth and ardor that transcends the mundane. This all-encompassing devotion, though perhaps inconsequential in the grand tapestry of existence, has been my raison d'être, my source of sustenance, and my most profound accomplishment.

In the twilight of my years, as the shadows of mortality gather, I am reminded that the beauty of life lies not in grandiose deeds or lasting legacies but in the simple, quiet moments of connection and love. The whispered promises, the tender touch, the soft whispers of endearment – these are the things that have made my life worth living. And so, as I prepare to depart this mortal coil, I am filled with a sense of contentment, knowing that my love has been my greatest achievement, my most enduring monument.
