HARVEST 2- BY GREG ELKAN

The journey from planting to harvesting is often challenging, and any farmer eager for a bountiful harvest must be ready to endure the process. Factors like climate, environment, politics, and more can cause discouragement. However, a farmer aiming for a successful harvest must not allow these obstacles to deter him.

Similarly, Apostle Paul urges us in Galatians 6:9 not to grow weary in doing good because a harvest of blessings awaits those who persist.

Doing good pays off. Even when it’s not reciprocated by the recipient, God’s Word assures us of this harvest. So, why not sow seeds of kindness and goodness today? Invest in people’s growth, help them know Jesus and contribute to their advancement.

Do good to all, not as a transaction, but as an act of obedience to God’s command. Not because it is easy, but because you choose to honour God above your comfort. And without a doubt, at the proper time, you will reap a harvest if you don’t give up.

_“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”_ – Galatians 6:9-10 (NIV).

AMEN
With God, it keeps getting better.
