"THE SMELL OF OLD AGE" BY AJAKAYE STRIDA
The smell of old age
begins from the youngest stage.
Focus has to be set and ensured,
so that peace with worn hands would be assured.
Time sneaks in and out of goals,
for it is a master to souls.
Radiant fabrics and vibrant bodies!
Remember that old age digs out consequences.
Smooth skins as silver, voices that thunder,
shall soon begin to shrink and whisper.
If well spent, value would not fade,
presence would speak when voices fade.
The smell of old age begins while young,
two years crawling? Totally wrong.
Build your homes
before old age comes.
